The villa holds 12 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 miles Approx. The nearest Championship golf course is 3 miles away. There are many more a little further away.

Directions will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival. We have a local managment company who will meet you on arrival and show you round our home. This saves you having to find an office to collect keys, as with some homes.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to March. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. Our Managment will meet and greet you on arrival, so no going to an office to collect keys. A welcome pack is also offered. Managment company are on call 24 hours should there be an emergancy.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
